Pricing
From KES 950$8 a month, with 7 days to try it
One price, everything included. Pick a package and run it for 7 days with no card - every endpoint, real webhooks and a live key that really sends, capped at 100 messages a day. When you outgrow a package you move up; nothing is sold separately and nothing is metered.
In Kenya you pay in shillings, by M-Pesa or by card.
Outside Kenya you pay by card in US dollars, worked out from the shilling price and rounded up.
One number, sending for real, with somebody to answer it.

Social accounts are Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, answered in the same inbox as your WhatsApp numbers. Campaigns are a contact list turned into a paced send, with a report on what actually arrived - they start at Growth.
Sending more than 60,000 messages a month?
These run on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta. Your business is verified with Meta, the number carries their verified badge, and connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts have no ceiling on them.
Meta's verified badge on your number, and the volume to justify it.

Talk to usWhat is different about these
- Meta's own conversation fees are passed through at cost plus 15%, itemised on the invoice. That is what Meta charges your account for conversations, plus a stated markup you can read as a line rather than a margin buried inside a price. It is the only charge anywhere that sits outside a package.
- From Volume upwards the Cloud API is the only rail. At those volumes a number that gets restricted takes a whole business off the air, and the Cloud API is the one with an agreement behind it.
- Those packages need your business verified with Meta before they turn on. Ask and we will get it moving - nothing is charged while it is waiting.
- Uncapped is the one that is quoted rather than listed. Numbers, people and volume are set to what you actually send, and it is priced on a contract rather than a card.
What counts as a message
The allowance counts outbound messages: the ones you send. It counts the same whether it started from the API, the shared inbox, an auto-reply or a campaign, and a message to a group counts once. Messages arriving from a customer are never counted, however many there are, and neither is anything sent on a test key or anything that failed to send.
The allowance runs per billing cycle and resets on your own renewal day rather than on the first of the month. It does not roll over.
At a hundred percent, sending pauses. Nothing else does.
Outbound sending stops until the cycle resets or you move up. Messages coming in still arrive, the shared inbox still works, and anybody mid-conversation with you can still reach you. We warn you in the console and by email at eighty percent and again at a hundred, so the first you hear of it is not a message that would not send.
Moving up applies straight away, charged for the rest of the cycle only, and the bigger allowance applies at once - so a business that runs out can be sending again in about a minute. That is what makes a hard stop fair rather than a wall.
The first time an account ever runs out we add 20% on top, once, and tell you it was one-time. Nobody's first experience of a ceiling should be a customer left unanswered.
Nothing is ever billed for going over. There is no overage charge on any package and there is not going to be one - the ceiling is a stop, not a meter.
The 7 day trial
Pick any package and try it for 7 days with no card. Every endpoint, real webhooks, a live key and a test key, with everything the package includes, capped at 100 messages a day.
When it ends, sending stops and the shared inbox becomes read-only until you pick a package. Nothing is deleted. Messages still arrive and are still stored, your contacts and every conversation stay exactly where they are, and one click puts it all back.
Signals is not in a package
Reading conversations costs real money at a model provider, so it is not folded into a price everybody pays whether they use it or not. Signals is prepaid credit you top up, and you are told what a read will cost before it runs - worked out from the actual text that would be sent, because two accounts with the same number of conversations do not cost the same.
The free half of Signals - the word report, the reply times, who is still waiting - has no model in it and costs nothing, however often you open it. Nobody is opted in to either half.
Changing your mind
Move up, move down or stop, from the console. Moving up takes effect immediately and is charged for the rest of the cycle only, including the new message allowance. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal rather than mid-cycle, so you keep what you have paid for.
Your entry price is held for twelve months from the day you sign up, whatever this page says later.
